How to Solve a PLDT WIFI LOS RED Problem?

  If you have trouble with your PLDT Wifi connection with a red light, fear not. It's easy as ABC but you have also to have little patience on this. For one, this is technology that breaks down anytime. And next, support sytem nowadays are initially BOTS. So, if you encounter a WIFI problem, check first your router if the LOS LED light becomes red. Normal color is green and it means when it's red, there are issues that only a person with technical know how can fix it.

So, you have to call the PLDT via 171 using any phone that is affiliated with the company like SMART and TNT (Talk and text) because it's for FREE. But,  If you have competitors' phone like Globe, then calling the umber 171 will have additional charges 
Via online using any SIM card with data, you can message PLDTCares Facebook page. You can disregard the BOT by pressing instructions that you need a human telecom support aka Call Center agent. Just be ready with your phone number and account number associated with your WIFI router (internet connection). BE ready also with the name, email address and contact number of the name registered with the landline and fiber home account.
